Ink - this printer constantly states the ink is low long before it is actually out of ink, it is my opinion it is a false empty, which if you are not aware you will replace the ink cartridge long before it is actually empty.

Too expensive
Ink is too expensive. The store location was out of the multi-colored pack. I had to order elsewhere.
It will take months to determine if the cartridge meets its hype of the number of pages printed and to determine if each print, every single letter, dot, or whatever prints at the same intensity.
What else can you review about an ink cartridge?

OLD INK
Ink that was sent was to expire in the beginning of 2023 . Bought x2 XL wouldn't have gotten to second cartridge before end date, also neither ink cartridge was vacuum sealed / ie vacuum leaked off and according to Staples and Epson all ink must come vacuum sealed or quality/ performance could be compromised .

Printer Hostages
The printer ink business is a scam. They program the printer to be more difficult to print when certain colors are low, or out. In some cases it won't print at all. I will need some convincing before I think the whole deal is really fair.

Epson XL Ink Cartridge
Epson has excellent products. Since I print with black most often, I prefer to get the XL size. Also, it saves me a little bit rather than buying two regular size cartridges.

Epson 786XL Black Ink Cartridge
Useful, especially for Black, but expensive. For budgetary purposes, I wish you carried standard Black 786 cartridges (other than XL).
