Poor product poor service
Don’t buy a printer from a company that doesn’t carry the ink cartridges in stock! Don’t buy anything from a company like Staples that gives you the runaround about a refund.

The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant professional and knowledgeable. It was very unfortunate they did not have what I needed. He did order it for me. The cartridge was delivered and it was easy to place in the printer and works fine.

Using original cartridges over buying cheap knock offs avoids other issues however in spite of being a "rewards" customer at Staples for two decades there are no "rewards" or discounts to be had.
