Reflective tape
Tape seems to work well. Can be seen clearly at night when light reflects off of it.

Mutual's non-retroreflective tape
This tape is not retroreflective. It is a metalic old style (circa 1970s) low intensity reflective matrix bonded directly to the glue. The tape is not the least bit flexible and breaks easily.
