Wrong house
Product was ordered and it came in a reasonable amount of time unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house even though the mailboxes were clearly marked with the house numbers I would suggest that you use a another delivery service

It was the wrong model number and it needs to be returned. When I went back to your website for the proper model number I checked four local stores. All out of stock.
