Good purchase/Excellent Service
Purchased a replacement cartridge- had to exchange for a different one. Customer service accomplished everything with no problems. Great folks to work with!

expiration date causes ink to be wasted
These cartridges seem to expire long before the ink is gone. The plotter won't print with expired cartridges. Seems like a bad design and certainly is wasteful.
