I get toner n they are great return I have no issues returning for recycling but I do have issues when I get the wrong product only happens 1x but it was a nightmare between the store n one line purchase . I’m not even sure when I return used toner Cartage if I’m getting any credit no ever explain it . But over all 8 year I get them on time n have great customer service

Great Toner
I choose this toner every time I need one because it has proven to be exactly what it claims to be. Will gladly buy another one when the need arises.

Where to retun it?
I ask their delivery driver where to return this and he said all I had to do was call customer service center and they would tell him to pick it up on his next delivery. Called the call center and they told me that I had to take it to a local store. Why? I bought it online do all my business online why not take it back online?
