Not what expected
Very disappointed in heater functions. Turned it on and it starts in high heat mode so I changed to low heat mode. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature and as soon as the thermostat mode is selected it goes to high heat. Controls are easy to use but don't expect this unit to replace your household heating system, even for one room! The unit is used in our bathroom which is approximately 7' x 10'. TOWER HEATER
The driver left the box out all night at the back door of our warehouse. And it rained that night. Can you believe he left an "electrical unit" out in the rain all night?? Unbelievable!!

I am totally satisfied with this heater, I use the lower setting and it still warms up my large bedroom quickly.
