Could reopen de box
I was just installing the box and even before putting batteries on I could reopen it using the key. Had to return it.

Perfect Size - All in one Place
The size of this safe allowed me to consolidate files, jewelry, and electronic hard drives. I had to research it, but trays, drawers, and even a locking tray are available. I bought an extra tray, and now I have everything in one safe place, no longer worried about fire or water.

Works Great!!
Great fire safe with nice options. Purchased this safe for peace of mind in case of a fire. This safe has an interior light, storage bin and shelf, extra locking mechanism with key and an alarm option along with an easy to use keypad. Easy to use; heavy and sturdy

Living my second safe just like my first safe
I love my century SAFE. This is my second one, I outgrew the other one. At first with this new one touchscreen I was having problems opening it, but I just waited and now everything is perfect and I love it.

Great safe
Safe is great. The set up instructions are a bit confusing. I was only able to open it for the first time with a 9v battery which it does not state in the instructions. Lots of space, file organizer and tray inside. There is also a light that turns on when you open the door.

Poor quality, poor packaging and poor service
The safe is incredibly difficult to use. I suspect it is because the hinges are not straight and so the bars do not disengage from their sockets. Instead the handle spins round, crushing your knuckles against the number-pad. This is due to a security feature, apparently. Excellent Features
I liked that this safe includes both fire and water protection and also includes file folder holder and tray. The security features includes audible alarm with settable levels of sound and sensitivity. Safe unusable
Will not open, I got safe and could not open it. Called help line twice and got different info how to open but following book and instruction for help line safe still will not open. So as it stands the safe is unusble. I have wasted so much time on this purchase.

I don't about how good the safe is & I hope it never gets tested. I can tell you that you need better customer support because I can no longer open my safe & have been asking for help for several days. Why don't you have a phone that someone will answer rather than a voice msg that repeats endlessly?

We have a hard time opening and closing it.
It feels like it is stuck and the bolts are not moving easily. I have to push so hard that it feels like I'm about to break it when I open it. It is also a light weight safe. I can move it easily. We may need to bolt it down to the floor. Our previous safe was stolen. It was dragged out of the building.

Past bad and expensive experience
My previous sentry safe did not open and had to spend for the locksmith to open. Hence I left with no option to purchase a new product again. It makes me very nervous when I place my valuables especially passport which I might not be able to take out in emergencies.

Very nice safe overall, but has a design flaw.
I really like this safe, it is very nice overall, but the battery tray has a design flaw. There are notches in the plastic battery tray that restrict the batteries from making contact. At first, I thought that the safe was defective, until I isolated the problem to the battery tray. I was able to fix the problem by putting pieces of aluminum foil in the tray to complete...

Plenty of space. Nice lock bars. Concerning arm.
This is easy to use for the combination. Has a lot of nice space inside. Our valuables are safe! I do have worry about the longevity of the arm. It appears flimsy. Time will tell.... Using the key is not the easiest but it is comforting having the back up of the keys.
