Truvia - bring back the bigger packets!
I've preferred truvia over all other sweetener for a very long time. Recently they reduced the size of the paper packet making it almost impossible to open without spilling it. Fix it or I'll finding a new favorite.

Small Packages
Changing the size of the Truvia packets is right there with Cracker Barrell.
Not going to fight with those little packages any longer.

Smaller packet size disability unfriendly.
You reduced the packet size without thinking about the elderly, people with disabilities, etc. And you can't shake them down any more.

Packet sealer problem
The picture of the box listed is the 4th box of sugar I have bought with packed that were not completely sealed. Being a retired Federal worker maybe it's time for the FDA to do a plant inspection. I really love you product and don't look forward to looking for a substitute but I am getting close to having to do that. This is the second time I have sent this.

Please bring back to original packets
I was very disappointed to open my first smaller packet today and a big portion of the product ended up on my counter. There's a reason sweetener packets have been a standard size for years.

Never More
I have preferred Truvia for many years, but this new abbreviated packaging has just made it impossible to continue using. The new packaging has made it hard to open, and the mess it now leaves on the counter adds an additional chore, so no thanks, I'll switch to another stevia product. Sorry you messed this up.

Packets too small!
I’ve been using Truvia for ever! Still love the taste and zero calories BUT why did you make the packet so small? I lose half the product when I try to open it! Couldn’t you make them a little less tiny?

Terrible idea to change packet size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What woke person told you to make the packet size what a terrible idea bud light why did you have to mess it up . I don’t understand companies that do this Cracker Barrel you need to fire this person and go back to original size 😳😳😳 !!!

I enjoy the product and you would have gotten 5 stars, except I don't like that you made the package smaller. When I open the small packages now I make a mess, I have arthritis in my hands. So if you did it to reduce your cost, this wasn't a good idea.

Packet size
As others have said packet size change was a mistake. After reading some comments and responses i see you are standing by you choice. I'm all for reducing waste, but in this situation you have sacrificed function. This creates a waste for the end user because of spilled product and also a time wast for clean up. Packet size!
I agree with so many others. The smaller size is more difficult to manage. What a mistake! Please bring back the regular size.

Small packets - deal breaker!

Small packets don’t work. Switch brands
I have used trivia for a long time. Since they reduced the pacer size, I don’t have enough room to open without spilling and making a real mess. Unfortunately, I have changed brands. Is it worth the paper saving to lose customers?

Reduced envelope size…. Cost
I have used Truvia for sometime… I still used it as a sugar substitute …. What is the savings by go to a smaller envelope…. I have had an operation that makes opening the envelope harder for me… just anFYI

New Packet
I hate the new packet! All of your responses say you are using the smaller packets to reduce paper without jeopardizing customer experience… But you did jeopardize Customer experience! As many others have said, product spills and it is hard to open for older people. I guess I will buy a different brand.

Truvia packets have been removed from my shopping
Immediately noticed the Truvia packet size had been made smaller. Those of us who deal with thumb arthritis struggle with opening many food products like lunch meat packets, jars, and lift top tabs. The taste is not the same
Since they changed the packets in size, the flavor is not the same, it is bitter. This was my go to sugar and now I have to change to another brand. This is very disappointing. If you do change back to the original recipe, let me know. Until then, I am done with this product.
