As advertised
Just started using. Appears to be as advertised. Replaced similar model that lasted a long time. Only problem on old one was that sometimes put bag in it to make it easier & less sloppy to unload the bin. Eventually caused bin to separate anbecame hard to operate

Do not purchase
The shredder worked great for 1 day(with minimal use). The second day, it wouldn't even turn on.

Not great ~ just ok!!
It is much slower than I expected and really doesnāt like more than 10 sheets at a time. Jams too often.š

Powerful and yet quiet
Dad killed an 11 sheet shredder in a year and a half so this was the replacement. Itās powerful but quiet enough to hold a conversation while shredding.

Good Product!
Great for a small business. Cross Cut keeps discarded documents confidential. Takes in a decent amount of sheets at a time. Cuts Swiftly. The bin is large enough that I'm not constantly emptying it.

Quill Brand 15-Sheet Cross Cut Shredder
We have only had this shredder for a few days, but so far it seems to work great. This is a replacement for the one we had for 4 years. It had a lifetime warranty, which is good. This one is quieter than the other one also.
I'm hoping this one last longer, but needless to say, Quill is always good and fixing any issues. I would definitely recommend this shredder.

Great shredder
does what a shredder does! Paper, ID cards, a little slow on the cardboard which is expected.

Horrible Shredder
One page will barely go through. The slot is so small and you have to force the papers down in it before it will finally catch and kick on. Twice it has shorted out on us and we've only had it for one week...
