As advertised
Just started using. Appears to be as advertised. Replaced similar model that lasted a long time. Only problem on old one was that sometimes put bag in it to make it easier & less sloppy to unload the bin. Eventually caused bin to separate anbecame hard to operate

Do not purchase
The shredder worked great for 1 day(with minimal use). The second day it wouldn't even turn on.

Not great ~ just ok!!
It is much slower than I expected and really doesn’t like more than 10 sheets at a time. Jams too often.😏

Powerful and yet quiet
Dad killed an 11 sheet shredder in a year and a half so this was the replacement. It’s powerful but quiet enough to hold a conversation while shredding.

Good Product!
Great for a small business. Cross Cut keeps discarded documents confidential. Takes in a decent amount of sheets at a time. Cuts Swiftly. The bin is large enough that I'm not constantly emptying it.
