Bent latch
Couldn't even open it - as the latch was bent - sending back for a new one.

Ugh. This box. Set the combo checked the combo. Good to go. Next time I needed money... combo didn't work. It reset itself to a different number and didn't even open up at first try at that number. Next time I went to open it with it's chosen number it wouldn't do on the first try again and was super fussy about opening. Returned this in a hot minute.

terrible
tried to set combination -- first it wouldn't lock then it locked and i couldn't open it --would return but not worth the bother

Good size hard to operate
The size is perfect for what we needed. Very hard to turn combo. Hope some WD40 will help.
