Great Product & Price
Love the price. The 12 pads are wrapped/packaged together and then each individual pad is wrapped with plastic. This allows the pads remain clean, smooth and all together until use - which is very helpful. Loose note pads/paper in the work supply closet usually don't favor well.

Don't work well in the post-it holder
These pop up post-its do not work properly in the holder. When you pull the top sheet out, the rest of the sheets come out also. I will not be ordering the Staples brand anymore. I'll be sticking with the 3M brand.

adhesive fails fast
The adhesive fails. For example, I stuck one of these up on tile and it fell down in about one hour. Also, the paper curls up and there is a weird buckling of the pad. Total waste of money. Don't buy them!

Great value
For quick notes these are really great. I like the pale yellow--it's easier to read regardless of the color of ink I'm using. And I like having the sticky edge on the same side--I accidently ordered some a while back that were designed for a pop-up holder and they were awkward to use.
