Hate this product
We don't use our printer that much, and still the printer cartridge lasts only a few weeks. Very frustrated and will replace this printer as soon as we can with one that is NOT a Canon.

Awesome brand!@
I love this brand - Canon!WE have had this copier for over 10 years and have only had to do regular maintenance. Yes, the printer cartridges are a little more expensive but the longevity of the machine is great. Also, the toner isn't quite so costly with the rebate program from Staples!

Rate the Canon BCI-24 Black Ink Cartridg
The multi-packs that we used to buy don't seem to be stocked anymore (2 black & 1 color ink cartridges)and they were cheaper than buying single cartridges. We prefer the multi-packs.

Reliable
I use only Canon cartridges in my Canon MP-390. I tried Staple's house brand, but they did not do as well as the Canon products
