Using OEM toner saves money on services calls
I am a business IT consultant. I wind up sticking OEM toners and ink for my clients. When they have problems with the Generics they purchase elsewhere, switching out to an OEM normally fixes it. By the time you count their downtime, their time troubleshooting the issue, my time and hourly rate, they wouldn’t save money just buying the real thing, especially with staples...

The product itself was good, but it took a week to get here. I ordered toner for my backup printer 4 days after I ordered this one, and the toner for my backup printer came before the Kyocera toner did.
