Convenient and easy to use.
This product is terrific. On board ship we only had one outlet to charge devices and limited space. The swivel plug was a life saver. It handled all our various device chargers. 2 improvements I would like to see are: accept dual voltage 120/240V and a 'fold in' plug.

how can you call 120v only device a "travel" item?
had to check three websites to confirm (here in the review comments) that this is not for use with 220-240 outlets... which makes it useless for any of the travel I do.
should list this clearly in the specifications, and/or add a model for world travel.

I’m not sure they check what they send out
Looks like it was already used. Scratches and dings, dirt maybe where the prongs go in. Disappointed.

Awesome debut, but hasn't kept up with the times.
I love this product. Have for years. I always have it in my backpack. I keep a spare at home and gave another to my wife. Bought them for my team at work... The swivel feature is fantastic.
BUT, it hasn't changed/updated with new tech. Its time for Belkin to make a new version with 100+ watts of USBC/ThunderBolt 4 charging.

Excellent for tight spaces
This device gives me an extra outlet and two USB ports in a tiny space between two pieces of furniture. Because it can swivel to go in either vertically or horizontally. it is extremely versatile. Highly recomended

Excellent product.
I needed an electricity outlet that accommodated more than one plug also some USB sockets. I have restricted space for an inline set of sockets so I very pleased to see that this item can be plugged either horizontally or vertically. The swivel button was hard to get to use but once I did it is worked just fine. Because the plugs are the bulky type the socket set will a...

Returning the item.
Not what I expected, much larger than I imagined. too expensive my needs.
I was forced to give a rating. In this instance the rating should be ABSTAIN. I did not use the device.

Great Features, but OUTDATED
I reviewed this on Amazon FOUR YEARS AGO!! I LOVE this item. The SWIVEL puts in miles ahead of the competition. The ONE feature that is a problem is the USB connectors. You can't fast charge!!! You can only charge 1 item at a time!!! The funny thing is I was just in a room with 3 people and I was raving about it. I was looking for item and said "this can't be right.. It...

Great Design - Needs An Update To Increase USB Pow
I've had this Charger / Power Bar for a few years now and it is a terrific design, it travels well and it used to work... BUT ... Now that more devices are coming out with USB C and high capacity fast charge batteries it doesnt work anymore. I just came back from a 2 week trip across africa where I travelled with a PC, Projector, Tablet and Phone. In the conference room...

Well you’re going to carry a charger anyways.....
I grabbed this because I’m always on the go and more often than not, have multiple high drain devices that I need to power throughout my day, the added benefit of being able to charge my iPhone X and Apple Watch 3 just makes this the perfect on the go charger I’ve seen!!!

Initial Review - Rotation
The product arrived today - Surge Protector Model no. BST300bg. I have not used it yet, but I did try the prong rotation; which is why I ought it. There were no instructions packaged with the product. I saw the rotation icon next to a white button-looking piece, so I pushed. I could not budge the prongs. So I went to the Belkin web site. Through reading customer reviews...

Deceptive - no battery on 110V outlets
I bought this to have 110V on the go from the battery. It does not do that. Very poor instructions and no clarity. Some parts says 1000W max, other says 10W

Works well - Great in tight spaces!
I bought this years ago and find it's a huge help when I travel or even when I want to plug in my laptop anywhere around my house. The best was after we lost power with Hurricane Sandy and I went to a coffee shop in another town to power my laptop and phone. All the plugs were taken but I had this little Belkin with me - so those using a nearby outlet were happy to shar...

Rotating button doesn't work
The 360-degrees rotating plug doesn't rotate on mine. I pushed the unlocking button but it doesn't budge and is stuck in one position. Other than that it works fine.

Swivel stuck
The instructions don't show that you have to press the white button to rotate the socket. You have to press hard with a knife or screw driver. It rotates fine, then.

A must have for travelers
I have been using this for a few years now while travelling. It has been very useful and can be used across the world with just the proper adapter plug. I like that the plug itself rotates which facilitates its use in hotel with weird placed electrical outlets. The only minor issue I have, is that I would like for the plug itself to be able to fold in, making packing it...
