Great Chair Almosted Lasted 2 Years
I bought this chair almost 2 years ago very comfy. Great for Gaming. You can lean back on this one way back love it. unfortunately it stared to lean to the right on me come to find out the base under the chair was cracked. but I might have been pushing the weight limit a little but still worth the money. Real leather? Bad leather!
I bought this chair for my dad about 5 years ago. He was hospitalized shortly after and barely used the chair and then it came back to me. In the few years I have had it, it has worn out incredibly fast - much like faux leather material does. If this is real leather, that's even worse, because the chair is now embarrassing to see. Comfortable chair

Doesn't last
This is my 3rd exact same model over 8 years. The "bonded" leather begins to deteriorate and flake off in about 3 years. The casters are plastic junk. The base mechanism is barely adequate with a 3/8" bolt that becomes chewed up within a year (I'm 211 lbs). The chair creaks and snaps with movement. Now, what is good are the solid wood arm rails. Decent Chair
Overall, the chair is not bad. It is pretty comfortable so far (haven’t used it much yet.) One thing to note is that the veneer on the arms chips way too easily which is definitely disappointing. I would recommend this chair if you get it at really good sale price.

I like this chair, but....
I like this chair, but it comes with cheap, poor casters. Every time I sit in it, I cuz it. Would like Staples to replace the casters that came with the chair with some that actually roll.

The chair itself is very comfortable. The wheels on teh other hand are a different story. The first set were replaced because they did not roll on my new chair mat. The second set do not roll much better. Chair mat is new and like my last one from Staples. Other chairs roll well on mat that I have, but not the new one. Wish I knew why. Donald Bennett
