Great Chair Almosted Lasted 2 Years
I bought this chair almost 2 years ago very comfy. Great for Gaming. You can lean back on this one way back love it. unfortunately it stared to lean to the right on me come to find out the base under the chair was cracked. but I might have been pushing the weight limit a little but still worth the money. Real leather? Bad leather!
I bought this chair for my dad about 5 years ago. He was hospitalized shortly after and barely used the chair and then it came back to me. In the few years I have had it, it has worn out incredibly fast - much like faux leather material does. If this is real leather, that's even worse, because the chair is now embarrassing to see. Great comfortable chair
I love this chair. I used it for 13 years. It was by a window so eventually the strong sun damaged the finish. It still worked perfectly. It’s the most comfortable chair I have ever had. I liked it so much my wife got me this new one, exactly the same as the old one

Good workmanship but uncomfortable seat
There was a bar across the seat, midway on my upper thigh that was very uncomfortable as the chair aged. (I used it for several years.) Also the fauz leather on the armrest cracked after a while.

Do not buy
This chair is a poorly designed, poorly manufactured piece of garbage. It’s nearly impossible to assemble because the tolerances on the parts are way off. Buying it was a mistake. I should have gone to a furniture store rather than Staples. Never again.

Comfortable chair

This is my 3rd exact same model over 8 years. The "bonded" leather begins to deteriorate and flake off in about 3 years. The casters are plastic junk. The base mechanism is barely adequate with a 3/8" bolt that becomes chewed up within a year (I'm 211 lbs). The chair creaks and snaps with movement. Now, what is good are the solid wood arm rails. I would like to thank the person that delivered my chair. I left a note on my door indicating I could not carry the chair up the stairs. When I came home the chair was place in front of my door (second floor) AWESOME JOB. Please thank the delivery person.

Decent Chair
Overall, the chair is not bad. It is pretty comfortable so far (haven’t used it much yet.) One thing to note is that the veneer on the arms chips way too easily which is definitely disappointing. I would recommend this chair if you get it at really good sale price.
