I purchased this for my father who is 97. It arrived with one of the adjusting knobs for the back rest broken off. It was still usable but made removing the back rest a bit more difficult. [I am not sure there is any reason to ever remove the back rest.] I called the customer service number of the walker distributor. They were very pleasant and helpful and immediat...
