LOVE them!
These reels last forever, are built well, and look great! We buy these for all our employees and I have yet to replace them; they just don't break.

Not really heavy duty
These cannot hold up a plastic clipboard so I doubt they can hold very many keys or anything you might need for "heavy duty" use. However, they are quite nice looking and the chain pulls out smoothly. Returned due to not fitting my needs.
