They do the job!
They seem strong and hold well. We had weaker rubber bands of the same size snap off and the files slid to the floor!

Great customer service!!!
Good rubber bands but a little pricey! Overall though I would give Staples a 5 but tgey specifically asked me about the rubberbands.
