Great casters for wood floors
Replacing existing casters with "wood floor friendly" ones was very easy. No tools required--just strong hands.

NOT soft rubber wheels, they are plastic
These are lousy. They are supposed to be rubber and turned out to be a hard plastic. Clearly someone does not know the difference!

These are NOT soft rubber wheels, they are hard cheap plastic
I own a set of soft rubber casters on one of my office chairs, I thought I was buying the same thing. These ones are as hard as the ones that came on the chair originally. Not what I expected.
