Ink cartridge box tampered with
Never had a problem before with a product at Staples. Always reliable. I purchased this product and it looked factory sealed. Upon opening, I found the cyan cartridge had been replaced with a used and empty one. Others 2 inks were sealed and fine. Good news is, I returned the product and the manager replaced with another set of inks.

Ink cartridge box tampered with

Cartridges leaked ink
Bought 2 cartridges from Staples in Calgary (on line), lone cvan one black. Both leaked copiously when I took off the covers (never had that happen before). I answered your em but my em was rejected.
I put in the cartridges and they work, but a little hazily, and some i nk was definitely lost. Do I get
any compensation???

Canon Reliability
Prefer Canon Cartridges to knockoffs. They are reliable and don't ever produce error messages.

Good but too expensive
Ink is good quality but far too expensive. I would rather pay more for a printer and less on the ink. It does not last long enough to justify that high price.

Great ink cartridge
I always purchase Canon branded ink for my printer. Yes, it's more expensive, but I never have any problems with printing results, and they last well for my usage.

Change is not always the best.
Canon has changed the design of the cartridge I purchased. They are the same size but my printer no longer recognizes the cartridges. There use to be something that looked like a window on it. It’s not there now.
