Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL
Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL, didn’t even look at the small print to tell you that ONLY the black was XL, and rest were the small, or regular size,.

Priced Too High
I could get this cartridge quite a bit cheaper elsewhere; however, I was there, and location was convenient at the time. I needed the cartridge right away. Always good quality.

product is fine, expense is excessive, cartridges empty too fast. Return credit on cartridges is a great idea, but terms on credit is way too short and very confusing. Terms for Cannon support - too complex and restrictive.I am a long time & faithful Cannon consumer, have purchased many of your fine products, but very disapointed.
