Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL
Labeling is misleading, thinking that all cartridges were XL, didn’t even look at the small print to tell you that ONLY the black was XL, and rest were the small, or regular size,.

Excellent product, but why not have alternative available?
I've never had a problem with Canon ink cartridges, and didn't have one now. However, I was surprised to learn that the alternative (and less expensive) Staple's remanufactured cartridges are not available in-store. Are the Staple's cartridges not good enough for shelf space in a Staple's store?

Always good to have back-up ink.
The ink cartridge arrived very quickly and is now back-up stock. Most printers stop printing completely if any ink cartridge is used up. That true even if you are printing B&W and the empty cartridge is a color.
I recommend Staples for their service and will use them again.
