Delivered Damaged
The mat was delivered flat with a piece of a corner cracked. When I examined the piece, it broke off. It would have been better to have picked up the mat at my local Staples or the mat should have been shipped in a box so it was protected. Bad shipping procedure!!

Misleading product description
NOT skid proof. Slick plastic on both sides. extremely firm does not lay flat properly.

Stays securely in place

Delivery Ticket on Mat
The mat is fine but Staples put the delivery ticket on the mat and now it has left residue and is difficult to get off. Make sure to have Goo Gone ready if you have this item delivered to you.

Black Low-Pile Chair Mat
I gave this mat 4 stars because I love that it hasn't moved at all in the week that I have used it but being black it shows everything. Dirt footprints and white dog hair but it was worth it not having to move it every other day.

Definitely a lip!
I have to say that I like this mat a lot - it is everything I needed except in one way - the description says "No Lip." When I read that I thought the edge would have been beveled so that the wheels would make a smooth transition from the floor to the mat. That is not so....There is definitely a lip! When I roll off the mat I have to lift my chair to get it back up ...

Hard Floor Chair Mat
It is a beautiful Mat yet it rolls all over the hardwood floor. It does not stay in place. I am a little dissatisfied with it because I have to keep putting it back in place.
