Delivered Damaged
The mat was delivered flat with a piece of a corner cracked. When I examined the piece, it broke off. It would have been better to have picked up the mat at my local Staples or the mat should have been shipped in a box so it was protected. Bad shipping procedure!!

not non skid
This is a little better than previous purchase but still not skid free. Not good on hard wood floors. I had to use double sided table.

POOR!!!
The floor mat was placed on the ground in front of our door. It was dirty! Had to be cleaned on both sides before placing it on the floor. There was no notice or indication when it was delivered. Very poor delivery service and condition of the mat when received!!

Cheap plastic slippery mat
I was looking for a better quality wooden chair mat and got this instead. It came as a rolled up plastic sheet no box no string no plastic cover. Misleading product description
NOT skid proof. Slick plastic on both sides. extremely firm does not lay flat properly.

Delivery of my chair mat
the Chair mat was not covered or put in plastic. Shipping label and delivery info was stuck on the chair mat. The chair mat was placed in my doorsteps on the ground. Again no protective covering. Horrible way for product to be delivered.

Stays securely in place

Delivery Ticket on Mat
The mat is fine but Staples put the delivery ticket on the mat and now it has left residue and is difficult to get off. Make sure to have Goo Gone ready if you have this item delivered to you.

Not very pliable or flexible
First it was shipped to me by placing a shipping label on the mat itself and then shipping it out as-is! Not in a box bag but unprotected. It arrived folded in half and I am still trying to get it to flatten out completely as it is not very flexible and pliable. It would have been much better if it had been rolled up and put in a box to ship it.

I like the mat. Your shipping methods really sucks! It was unwrapped covered with nothing dirty had foot prints on it. Folded over in half took a long time to get the crease out of it.
