Lexmark toner
It was not the correct cartridge. I submitted a return order and also ordered a different cartridge but there has been no action taken.

I'm not sure if the toner was recycled but I ran out of ink within one week.
Ran out of ink within one week. The quality and value for what I received is a major negative.

Empty cartridge
We received almost an empty cartridge. Usually my cartridges lasts at least 6 months however the most recent once lasted less than 2 weeks.

I like the toner and that there is a recycling program, I don't like that in order to recycle you have to hold on to the toner until you can fill a box/pallet.
