Description is incorrect
The description says this is compatible with the Lexmark CS417dn but when I installed it it fit but the printer said it's an incompatible cartridge.

Didn't work and Staples store won't take return
It didn't work. Worst part it went to staples store and they weren't able to refund it after trying to process the return for 30 minutes. The fy told me to go return online. Now online return process keep giving error to fill in the address but there's no place to update. Even though they deliver this item at my door. Frustrating ...

Unsupporter cartridge
It came in a Lexmark branded box but when installed in the CS310 it says "Replace unsupported black cartridge". Won't print. So I need to return it. Lexmark says it is a knock off refilled cartridge cheating on the Lexmark brand. Shame on Staples.

Does not work
Printer will not recognize cartridge. First one didn't work Staples sent a replacement and the second one did the same thing.
