Ink cartridges do not use all the ink.
I purchased an HP Officejet Pro 6830 May 5, 2016. The black ink cartridge that came with the printer quit after a short period of time but it still showed ink was available. I replaced it with a 934 xl and it worked. Then the color cartridges quit printing but still showed ink available. Now the 934xl has quit printing and still shows ink is available. It works fine and lasts quite awhile, just has gotten a little overpriced.

My printer quit after installing
I bought this a few days ago. After it was installed I printer two pages with color which were fine then the printer an HP Officejet Pro 6830 displayed a 'PRINTHEAD ERROR'. So was it the new cartridge or just time?

The ink is OK, but the 6830 printer is terrible.
This is the second time that this printer, the 6830 failed. Probably the worst HP product I have ever used.

Great ink prices on the "real" stuff...
