MANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF DATE OR HAVE EXPIRED BUT YOU ARE STILL SELLING THEM I CAN PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM hp FOR LESS $

Too Expensive but is good ink.
HP ink is too expensive. It's over $6 000 per gallon...but it works in the printer.

it works
I took the old cartridges that were out of ink (supposedly) and bought new cartridges and put those new cartridges in the printer and i could see letters on the paper when i sent a document to the printer. #Yay $DOGE

One third of the ink needed
Colored ink low in my printer esp magenta. Went to two Staples stores intending to buy the tri-color pack. First store had only black which I did not need. Second store had only Magenta XL and the Yellow XL. Bought just the magenta. Ordered tri-color pack from diff retailer

Good ink for a very good printer
The service at Staples was excellent the ink cartridges give me a backup meaning fewer trips out in the COVID-19 environment and the HP printer is solid.

Rejected by HP printer
So disappointed when my cartridges from Staples that were HP brand were rejected by the printer and I couldn’t use it. Not the fault of Staples who delivered in 2 days. Service from Staples was great.
