Not rich
These cartridges are way too expensive. On top of paying a fortune when I first printed for about 2 hours it printed all in blue. No black and white no color other than just blue and white even with the setting on black and white. Total waste of money. Looking for new printer with cheaper options for ink.

Service & Assistance
Display of Printer Ink Was Somewhat Confusingly Laid Out With So Many Choices. I Purchased The Wrong Unit But Was Most Pleasing Was The Ease Of Later Exchanging It For The Correct Unit. I Assume Nothing These Days Here But Am So Appreciative That Such Service Came My Way. Staples Is A Consumer Friendly Service Retail Store.

Had a great experience the day I bought the ink for our printer.The sales person behind the counter was very helpful and told me about returning empty cartilage.With todays times any kind of saving helps .
