Hi Recognition errors are confusing especially when the cartridge randomly stops printing. I apologize you endured this occurrence. Resetting the printer and cartridge sometimes resolves this problem. Reverting to a previous version of firmware is a potential solution. Perform printer maintenance as a general best practice. Defective Ink
The color ink never primed. Being under a deadline I was forced to print my brochures in black/white. Very disappointed.

Great but not enough ink.
It's a great product and it's very convenient but the colored ink doesn't last long enough. I print about 500 pages and I already need more colored ink.
