Packaging of the ink
I am very pleased with my purchase & would definitely give it a 5 star rating. It is great to get everything in one package & to change the black ink as well as the colored ink at the same time. Bad choice!
Unfortunately I purchased the wrong ink cartridges and didn’t realize it until I had tried to install them in my printer and since I had opened them I could not return them!

I have had no problems with the installation or use of the ink cartridges. They are easy to install and I have had no problems with the cartridges during printing.

Your products are very good. my only problem is that the telephone number you list when dudctiong from the account I listed 1/800/333-3330 I cannot use that number shy is that?

Ink cartridge refill.
Had no difficulty in loading into the hp device. I was up and printing within five minutes.

Leaky Ink Cartridge
The cartridge gushed ink as soon as I removed orange clip. I don't know if this is due to altitude in Ft. Collins compared to where it was shipped from but it created a mess that I didn't need. This has happened with the last cartridge I bought in Colorado. Was not a problem in Texas.
