Not happy with the number of pages produced!
This cartridge most definitely does not produce up to 200 pages before running out----MAYBE 50. I would Never buy this printer again for a work place that needs to make more than just a few copies, or print more than a few pages.

Not able to get XL version of this cartridge.
It's not that I have an issue with this particular product. My issue is that I have not for a long time been able to get the XL version of this product. If this is a supply chain issue due to COVID (or the Suez Canal) then I apologize.

Quick delivery service
Staples was out of the color cartridge so they ordered it for me. I got it two days later. Great service. The cashier was a little confused and wound up splitting my order in two, but I got what I needed in the long run.

Why is there no standalone X version of this cartridge? It exists but only when sold with the X black cartridge. That ignores the needs and preferences of your customers.

We printed less than 50 sheets with only two lines in color for emphasis and the cartridge was empty. We'll go back to 62XL which at least gives us a couple of hundred pages.

Not what I wanted
Althought it is the correct cartridge, I wanted the XL. Staples has not had this the last two visits. I live several miles away. Because Staple did not have the XL cartridge I bought two regular cartridges thus spending more money.
