Happy with this carpet mat
Seems to work well on plush carpet with a pad. No cracking. It does shift on carpet and has to be slid back about 1 x week.

What I was looking for
This mat has no sag or give to the pressure of office chair wheels even when used on carpeting. It holds its own! I appreciate the fact that it has no "grabbers" on the underside to snag into the carpeting. This allows for moving the mat as needed without having to disengage the "grabbers" from the carpet fibers. This purchase should last for years.
