Not what it was described.
Did not come with lip but item numbers did match so description is wrong. Was also supposed to able to use on 1/4" deep carpet so item was misrepresented. Casters on desk chair makes dents in the plastic so rolling it is difficult.

The carpet protector has nubs that keep it in place in the rug however the mat is too flexible/soft. The rollers on my chair push down from the top and make indentations in the mat that stop the chair from rolling.

Office chair mat
I'm really happy with the sturdiness of this mat. I've gotten some mats that mention sturdy but when I got it home, it was not what I expected. But this one is nice a sturdy.

Works great
The carpet chair mat is just what I needed to replace my former mat. It is strong enough to not have the chair sink into it, but continue to allow me to roll around on the mat. It is also big enough that I don't fall of the edge.

Delivery was horrible
I ordered a Carpet Chair Mat and it was delivered unpackaged and bent in different ways while left sitting in the sun. Totally unacceptable. Anyone knows if you leave plastic like this sitting in the sun bent up it will take on the shape permanently. So disappointed that Staples couldn't put it in cardboard to protect it. Simple outrageous. What a waste!

Love item/hate delivery condition
THe desk mat is exactly what I wanted. My problem however is with the delivery company and warehouse. IT would have been so much nicer if they had rolled the mat up and secured it. Instead it was folded twice, not evenly, and thrown on the dirt ground about 15 ft from my car port. The mat will now not lay flat, and it will take days to get it to unfold to flat.

Don't purchase
It arrived bent in half, but it flattened out fairly quickly once I put some weights on it. The stickers do not come off easily and leave stickiness and some of the paper still on it. I've used it for just two days and the plastic is "dimpling" or "cupping" under my chair legs already. This was not what I anticipated.

Chair mat
I absolutely hate this mat. I would gladly return it if the time had not expired to do so. But I was sick when it arrived and it was past the deadline once I felt like taking the old (smaller) mat up to replace it with this one.

Poor delivery
I can't taste item as 1st delivery the driver folded it which made it hard to use in my office. The 2nd one they delivered was over again delivery folded. Staples issued refund

Reasonably Good Value
Chair mat is reasonably heavy duty vinyl, although I wish there was a thick poly-carbonate version available. The mat, on medium pile carpet, does dimple a bit from a wheeled office chair and I do expect it will crack at some point in the future.
