Not much information shared
Recently had to take my computer into the local store for repair due to some type of power loss to all usb units. I was only given in general terms that they were able to fix the issue but do not know if this product was used. My PC froze up and I was promised that recovery of files would be possible only to be told by Staples that my data was lost after three days. I was able to recover my data through another serivice which I able to transfer to a new PC.

Staples Strikes Back At Computer Virus
Have a HP laptop about 4 years old. Purchased at local Staples store .
On trip to Jamaica the laptop froze on third day. On return to Home took la p top in. FIVE DAYS of excellent care and knowledge, the Techs had completely wiped the Viruses out .restored laptop without losing any data ...price was indicated on first day..and remained despite the hours spent!!!! BRAVO...

Had Bruno help lady across the street to get family pictures off a computer that was going to be trashed. I agree to take the computer and had Bruno set it up. I worked with him for 2 days. And everything is fine. Bruno was very helpful and very easy to work with.
