Very disappointed with Staples! Called number at asurion.com/Staples. Computer did not function normally until last night 8/7 when family member took over!

Excellent service.

Excellent Computer Repair
Purchased a Dell desk top 4 years ago and recently started performing very slow and suspected it had a virus which it did so took it in to Staples and they immediately started the diagnostic and when I picked it up 2 days later it performed ad good as new so very pleased and want to thank Tom for the top notch service

Now I have screen problems.
The repair seemed to be working but now I have trouble seeing the bottom of the screen. The bottom fifth of the screen goes invisible with ghost traces for the bottom 2" of screen. Hard to work with laptop that you can't see.

Great service
I brought in my computer and they quickly added the malware I needed and cleaned my computer. I use Staples for both of my computers. They are great.

Great experience
The service crew at staples helped me through a stressful time. I'm happy I went to Staples. They were kind and patient with the untechy person that I am. Hopefully we are protected from whatever comes my way. Both techs went beyond and above to assure me of the product and works for our purposes.

Virus & Malware Removal
I am very happy with the virus removal and the service I received form Staples. But unhappy with the removal of my Malware antivirus that I paid for.

Virus removable
Completely satisfied with the service. Tech people and everyone who assisted me were professional and took the time to explain everything and helped. As a senior citizen who needed help the people took time to do just that help.
