Waste of Money!
The frame broke while I was trying to put the photo into it... this was a waste of money and time.

Poor Craftsmanship
These frames seemed to be a great price - but that was it. The frames were delivered. After opening and inspecting the frames were all glued together and the only way to insert a document or photo was to pull off a side of the frame. When you put it back in place it looked dreadful!

Flimsy
This is a very flimsy plastic frame. It fell apart when I opened it and now the corners won't line up again. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for.

Get what you pay for
The frame fell apart as soon as I opened it. The u shape is easy to slide on the edges but it is 4 separate edges not a frame! I was in a rush to find something that was 8.5 x 11 lesson learned take your time and spend the extra buck.

It arrived and I immediately knew this was not going to last. However I had a picture to put in it for a work anniversary so I started to remove area to insert picture and the whole thing fell apart. UChannel Frame
Material is plastic for the fram and cardboard for the back. Pretty cheaply made but also a cheap price. got them for "office awards" and they work better than no frame. would not buy for my own use.

Falls Apart as soon as plastic covering is removed
This is my first review because I want to save everyone the trouble. Staples was wonderful in returning the product as defective and replacing it but even the replacement ones were defective. As soon as the plastic is removed the 4 sides of the frame literally fall off and you are left with glass and the back cardboard in your hand.

You get what you pay for
The quality of this product is absolutely terrible. The stand ripped off when I was trying to assemble it and the sides don't stay put. For the price though I probably shouldn't have expected better.

Terrible for my purpose!
I bought a bunch of these to send awards out to some of my Store Managers and was very disappointed. Once I unwrapped them from the plastic the u-channel sides just fall off. They are plastic not like some metal u-channel frames I have seen or else I would have bent them to stay in place.
