I was a little disappointed with the back of the frame and the frame itself. It looked like the frame was broken in four pieces instead of it being just one piece. This gave the appearance of being extremely cheap.

Falls Apart
Very cheap and falls apart when you put something in it. I had to scotch tape the frame together so it will hold.

Not good at all.
Good morning. I really cant explain the disappointment in this frames. There's no way to put the certificates in them without braking the frame. So sad and for that price. Never had a complaint with Quill before but this is really disturbing. Not good.

Do not buy this frames they are trash. This purchase was like a joke as soon as I removed the plastic film the frames fall apart only the cardboard part stayed on my hand all pieces fall apart. They are hot glued at the ends so you have to break it apart to insert a picture or document and had to tape it back together to hold in place :(

great for signs but not for photos
We only needed them for signs and so they are cheap but will work. I would not get them if you are looking for something nice for photos.

Worst frame ever
PITIFUL !! I ordered 6 frames. Every frame was glued together with the backing. Had to tear them apart just to be able to insert the picture. Then had to glue them back together to keep the four sides from falling off. It was embarrassing giving this gift; I prayed it didn't fall apart on the person unwrapping it.
