Love it so far
My last desk chair was a fancy $700 exec chair, and I was admittedly hesitant with getting one less than half that price. But dropping another $700 wasn't my first choice, either, so I gave this one a try and I am happy that I did. I have only had it for about a month, but so far so good. It is sturdy and comfortable , and that's about all I was hoping for.

Based on the seat measurements I figured the seat would reach the back of my knees. It's a couple inches short. I'd like the chair to lift a couple inches higher. Otherwise the seat is very comfortable. I just received it today.

Incredibly comfy
I’m a 6 foot tall guy and about 245 lbs. Early impressions are stellar. So much better than the 130.00 chair I bought from Amazon awhile ago. Time will tell if the bonded leather holds up but buying this on a sale price of 250.00 I think was WELL worth it.

Outstanding Support
This big brown bear is one for the record books. Such an appropriate size finally for a man of decent stature. Not built with plastic but with wood reinforcements fit for a viking. This is the craft for a battle beast.

Quality concerns but excellent customer support
Chair was purchased on sale for a fair price.The first chair was defective. Staples customer support was very good and handled an exchange for a second chair. As noted in other reviews, the chair has some quality issues which is surprising for a Lazyboy. Our chair was manufactured in Vietnam. It appears there is limited quality control. I will have to see
I did a lot of research on this chair and noticed that it was highly rated overall. The chair felt good in-store for the floor display model. Service at the store level was great. I paid to have them assemble it. When I went to pick it up, I noticed some chips on the wood of the armrest, but after they looked in another new box of the same chair, that one had them also....

La -z-boy a winner
Order and Delivery was speedy. Assembly maybe took .5 hour. It is sturdy and comfortable. I've only had a couple of days and I still need to figure out how to tilt seat slightly but everything is very nice.
