Good product poor packaging
The product works well to clean the white boards but with continuous daily use the spring in the nozzle rusts and leaks rusty liquid around the cap and spray opening. Have had to transfer cleaning fluid to a different spray bottle. The rusty fluid is not an issue after transfer to another bottle so I think the issue is the packaging.

Staples always has what I need for home or business functionality. A plus: I do not have to wander an acre of aisles. An employee offers help immediately and the items are close by. Also Staples takes my empty ink cartridges.

It works well to remove ink. The residue can prevent writing over it so needs to dry or be removed after.

Not good for an older wipe board needing resurface
I thought this product would renew/resurface an older wipe board but it did not. It cleans and not that well if the board is older like mine and needs to be resurfaced(polished).

Expo Liquid Eraser
This product works well on erasing white boards. My rating is a hard 4 due to it not being able to get all dry erase board marker markings. I've noticed it lightly erase some markings and completely erases others. Specifically it doesn't erase this brand dry erase marker (color red located in picture) but overall it does work.
