Useless for confidential information as they are see-through
For any healthcare facility these are not HIPAA compliant as anybody can see through.

Effective size Manila envelope
For the price and number of envelopes in the box, this 10x13 Manila envelope is fine and is a versatile size. I like the clasp and seal that keeps the opening closed during shipping. The only issue I had is they were billed as being made with thick paper. I thought it would be thicker but one has already gone through the mail unscathed.

Poor Quality
The clasp fall off and the metal cuts your fingers when you go to fold the flaps.
