Does not fit MX312
Staples refers you to this imaging unit. it does not fit the MX312. Bought in April just installed. Probably not returnable.

Made a LOT of noise
The first one made so much noise that I requested a replacement. The replacement was quiet for the first few days but has started making noise also.

Lexmark Return Program
The Lexmark return progarm for tomers and imaging unit is absolutely fantastic! It not only significantly reduces the cost of purchasing the items which is great it helps the environment by keeping the cartridges out of landfills by recycling them back to Lexmark.
