Bad delivery service
They use the worst delivery service around the first order.Never reached me went somewhere else.The second one they delivered in the wrong location on my property where it says all deliveries to rear never use staples delivery service again

Delivery process needs finetuning
Hammermill Copy Plus 8.5" x 11" Copy Paper, 20 lbs. delivery process not seamless. Please improve to ensure customer receives any order seamlessly. The delivery agent was at my location; unfortunately, I was not able to see agent when agent came and agent returned the item and refused to drop the product.

Great buy but messy
Every pack of paper was open, edges curled. Had to toss several pages at end of reams. Feels like the "deal" is to get rid of what's laying around on the floor of the warehouse.
