Horrible shipping company
About the copy paper it is very good quality but the shipment was terrible. Staples please hire another company for your shipping. T-Force lost my first package because it left the package outside of my complex and this last package was delivered also to another house even though the guy from T-Force called me to drop the package. I'm lucky I was able to recover it but...

About the copy paper it is very good quality but the shipment was terrible. Staples please hire another company for your shipping. Terrble service & product
My shipment of paper had tracking that was untrue. A lazy driver didn't want to deliver a case of paper to me. Said that for 2 days in a row I requested a delivery delay. Who asks for a delay. Hammermill Paper is EXCELLENT!

poor fusing
This paper doesn't bond toner as well as the Staples brand. We tested this Hammermill paper with several different model printers and toner cartridges and had some minor ghost print from poor fusing. Switching paper fixed the problem.

the quality got worse
The paper thickness is now almost 1/3 less than what it used to be. When you print on 2 sides, the paper comes out wrinkled more often than not.
