Im happy with the purchase I made of hammermill paper. Staples offered this good quality everyday paper at the right price. Runs thru copier well without getting jammed. Print quality is sharp.

What has happened to Hammermill paper? Too thin, to moist. Rolling up in machines. Hit and miss form case to case.

Delivered to wrong address
Hello,
It appears that my box of copy paper was not delivered to me at my office but to another location. I suspect that it was delivered to the church next door. Usually, I can walk and get the item with a dolly but at this moment I am recovering from surgery. This is a great inconvenience. Your drivers need to match names and addresses.

Caused issues
This is the first time in my life I have had issues with paper. I purchased this for my office and by boss and I have had repeated issues with paper jams in our printers. Paper seems to curl and catch on the rollers. Will not buy again

Reduced quality
We have been buying this exact paper for years (church/ non-profit). the quality has gone down significantly. The paper is flimsy and see thru, making 2 sided copies hard to read. Hammermill should address this problem!

Every Ream of paper was opened at the end.
I was very surprised to see on every case & every Ream of paper was opened on the end. I had 3 cases like this.
