They arent 3 hole punched
The only reason I bought these is because of the durability and the 3 hole feature, but they don't have holes. returning.

JAM Paper Heavy Duty Plastic Folders
These are the best folders! They’re durable and can hold many pages without having that overstuffed appearance. I am always carrying work home, and these hold up well, being crammed into my bag along with my computer and other items.
