J'ai acheté cette imprimante il y a deux mois et malgré la facilité pour comprendre le programme, le produit est extrêmement mal conçu. Elle coupe le ruban d'encre 1 fois sur 2 et quand le problème n'est pas le ruban c'est la carte qui reste coincé à l'intérieur de la machine. mauvaise expérience produit
Au bébut tout allait bien, après un certain temps, environ 50 cartes de faites, elle s'est mise à faire un voile noir sur les images et photos. j'ai tout tenté pour rétablir mais rien n'a fonctionné. j'ai retourné le produit.

Cette imprimante ne fait pas de belles impressions. Ce n'est définitivement pas un bon produit.

adequate initial card maker
Software locked up making photo id when it is supposed to make photo id. Needed tech support to develop a workable work around. Not very user friendly. Would not recommend to others.

Isn't 100% reliable.
This is my second machine because we need it for work. It's pretty buggy. Not a lot of troubleshooting options or ways to fix other than turning it on and off. I wish it were more sophisticated.

Way Better Than The Original Badgy Print
I was VERY disappointed with the performance of the original Badgy printer. It was very finicky and we wasted a lot of cards on partial prints, ribbon sticking, and ribbon resets.
