Great machine and service
I am very happy with this machine. I began searching for card printers for my work, and the Evolis customer service team was very quick with any questions I had, sent me several samples, etc. I had a large job to do (about 200 cards), and I had no problems with the machine. It doesn't spit out the cards with the speed of an industrial printer, but that is fine for my wo...

adequate initial card maker
Software locked up making photo id when it is supposed to make photo id. Needed tech support to develop a workable work around. Not very user friendly. Would not recommend to others.

Isn't 100% reliable.
This is my second machine because we need it for work. It's pretty buggy. Not a lot of troubleshooting options or ways to fix other than turning it on and off. I wish it were more sophisticated.

Way Better Than The Original Badgy Print
I was VERY disappointed with the performance of the original Badgy printer. It was very finicky and we wasted a lot of cards on partial prints, ribbon sticking, and ribbon resets. There were a lot of gears and moving parts and it's design made it sensitive to the least position change. Eventually, it just refused to print anymore and we were happy to let it die.
