Ho-hum it's a black ink cartridge, whoo-hoo!
No big deal here; I push the tool button on my EPSON All-in-One printer, select change ink cartridge and the rest is old hat. The problem with this [in store] purchase was the fact they didn't have any XL black cartridges.

Epson t252 poor value
The price of the Epson t 252 black 2 pack was the same as a 3X pack. Bad price. Inconvenience of changing cartridges more frequently. Only purchased it in case I ran out of ink on the weekend when our Staples store was purportedly closed. I exchanged it unopened on the following Monday for three pack which was the last one available at the closest Staples to me.
