Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

Disappointing purchase
Even though it was slightly more expensive that at the local store of a competing chain, I decided to add this ink to my order. Disappointingly, however, printer has already told us it is out of black ink and that it needs to be replaced. It's been less than a week, and we haven't printed enough that it should already be empty.

I guess a necessary evil
Manufacturers could probably give printers away and just sell ink. It's always been expensive, but when you need it, you need it. This is a convenient bundle for my printer.

Expensive!
Locating cartridge was a challenge. Not organized & disheveled. Cost of $19 including tax for 1 cartridge was ridiculous!! Will look for other purchase options in the future!
