Five stars
Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

Needed ink for printer. Staples did not have this one in store, but a friendly worker in store ordered it for me on their computer. Same delivered to my house. He was very helpful 👍

i needed 200, not 220
after picking up my ink at staples i tried to load it but it kept saying “doesn’t recognize ink” finally after a frustrating 2 hours of trying everything to get it to work, I realized it wasn’t the right size so I had a 200 delivered and even tho it was late on delivery, it’s pretty nice to have my printer bsck!

Cartridges are running out almost immediately
I replaced this cartridge (and the other 3) in my epson printer and the print had streaks, so I ran the print head cleaner twice and printed again.
Almost immediately afterwards, I started getting the low ink message for this cartridge, when I checked the ink level on the printer, they are all registering at about 1/3 full and low.

Epson 220 availability
The product is just fine and Have no problem with using it. I have used it for years. The problem is the Staples store itself. They have quit carrying the individual colors in just the 220. I don’t use a lot of ink and haven’t been in the store recently until now. Come to find out from the sales person they no longer are stocking the individual colors in the 220. ...

They dont last
It is my opinion that the makers of the ink jet printers could give them away free with the money they make on the cartridges which don't last very long. I have a Dell laser printer and much happier with it!

Ink clarity
The 220 Epson cyanide color served its purpose. The clarity is astounding and last just as much as 220xl from my perspective.
