Five stars
Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

not the right one
This cartridge was not compatible with my computer. I was given the wrong one. When I exchange it for the right one, everything will be fine.

It's a dud
Don't know what went wrong, but this cartridge does not work - printer won't recognize it. Tried many times. Never had this problem before. Would like a replacement.

Epson cartridges worthless
This manufacturer doesn't allow printing in black and white with a black cartridge but requires all cartridges to be full. I had to order magenta, even though I only wanted to print in black & white. The cartridges dry up have way through use after a few months. Very disappointed with EPSON

The product is fine it works fine in my Epson machine however what I don’t like is that Staples gives you a two dollar rebate for each empty cartridge you bring in but instead of giving it to you at the time of purchase they email you a coupon I would rather have it at the time of purchase it’s easier and makes more sense
